What’s included in the tour price?
The cost of your Dubai desert safari covers everything listed in your chosen package—this typically includes pickup and drop-off in a 4×4 within Dubai, desert activities like dune bashing and camel rides, live entertainment shows, a BBQ dinner with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, plus complimentary drinks and water.
How does the pickup service work?
We arrange pickup directly from your hotel or Airbnb in Dubai. The timing depends on the type of safari you book—morning, evening, or overnight. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you the exact pickup time on WhatsApp.
Can I select my own vehicle or seating option?
Yes, you can. Standard packages include a shared 4×4 (up to six guests). If you’d prefer a private ride for your group, you can upgrade to a dedicated vehicle.
Are kids and elderly guests allowed on the safari?
Children between 3–10 years travel at a child rate with safety seats provided. Seniors are welcome, but we don’t recommend dune bashing for pregnant women or anyone with serious back, neck, or heart conditions. They can still enjoy the camp activities at ease.
What should I wear and bring along?
Choose light, breathable clothing and comfortable shoes. Sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat are useful in all seasons, while a light jacket is recommended for cooler months (November–February).
Is it possible to cancel or reschedule my trip?
Yes. You’ll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your safari. To reschedule, just contact us on WhatsApp—changing dates is free when seats are available.
How will I know my booking is confirmed?
After sharing your details, our team will confirm through WhatsApp or a quick phone call. You’ll then receive a digital receipt with a unique booking code. Show this code to your driver on the day of the safari.
Do you provide vegetarian or special meal options?
Yes. Our BBQ buffet includes vegetarian, halal, and mild-spice dishes. If you have specific dietary needs, let us know when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
